The Wim Hof Iceman Training Method is a unique 10-week online course condensing over 35 years of Wim’s direct knowledge and experience into a ten week program. It’s setup to go at your own pace. You can do it in a ten week period. Also you can stick a few weeks to the teaching of a particular week.  It needs time to condition the body and get used to some of the techniques and methods that are presented.

The Wim Hof Iceman Training Method is a combination of controlled breathing exercise, exposure to the cold , physical yoga exercises (asana’s) and the right mindset or commitment.

The Wim Hof Iceman Training Course can be accessed online from anywhere in the world. The course is has series of videos made by Wim Hof and his team. You see him doing the exercises and motivating you. In addition to the video content, the course also includes access to an online private community where people can share their thoughts and achievements and support each other throughout the course. You will have personal access to Wim Hof and his support team
